My guest is Roxanne Dunbar-Ortiz, the author of "Outlaw Woman: A Memoir of the War Years, 1960-1975," and most recently, "Blood on the Border," her memoir about the Sandinistas, the Miskitos, and the Contras. We talk about her early life as a revolutionary, her experience in Nicaragua, and the return of the Contra masters to power in Washington.

Welcome to the Radio Offerings of The Progressive

We produce two things.

First, we offer a weekly half-hour interview show called "Progressive Radio," hosted by Matthew Rothschild, the editor of The Progressive.

And second, Rothschild does a short commentary every weekday, called "Progressive Point of View,” which runs approximately 90 seconds.

Both are free to radio stations and listeners.
