Diana Kattan, Nina Mayorek, Aitmead Muhanna: These three women were on a "Partners for Peace: Three Women, Three Faiths" tour about the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Kattan, a Christian Palestinian, directs the Martin Luther Community Development Centre in East Jerusalem. Mayorek, a Jewish Israeli, is a biochemist at Hebrew University and a member of Checkpoint Watch. Muhanna, a Muslim Palestinian, is woman's rights activist in Gaza.

I spoke with all three about Israel's occupation of Palestinian land.

June 2012

Welcome to the Radio Offerings of The Progressive

We produce two things.

First, we offer a weekly half-hour interview show called "Progressive Radio," hosted by Matthew Rothschild, the editor of The Progressive.

And second, Rothschild does a short commentary every weekday, called "Progressive Point of View,” which runs approximately 90 seconds.

Both are free to radio stations and listeners.

See more at http://www.zinasaunders.com -- On June 5th, the voters of Wisconsin will decide whether to recall Scott Walker, the monster created by an unholy alliance between the radical right and big business, who has made attacking unions the hallmark of his administration.
