On Thursday night, Jon Stewart had Anna Baltzer, author of "Witness on Palestine," on The Daily Show.
The program was inundated with hostile calls and e-mails from apologists for Israel's occupation.

greg morris proves what morons American racists are. But there is indeed a parallel between Mexico and Israel. In 1846, the US invaded Mexico and stole California, Nevada, Utah and Arizona, not to mention Texas. In 1947, the Israelis launched their (continuing) ethnic cleansing with an aim to steal the houses and farms of every Arab they could kill or toss out of the country. This was six months before the Arab countries so tardily came to the defence of the Palestinians, despite their vast inferiority in arms.
Not surprisingly, given the devotion of US whites to white world domination, the Israelis had no trouble raising the $100 million for their arms in the U.S.
