Public Health Care Cures Worry
Let’s all pull up our camp chairs around the fire and tell our scariest health care stories: the friend who couldn’t afford her thyroid medication and permanently damaged her eyes; the friend who needed a hip replacement and got caught in the dreaded catch-22 world of pre-existing conditions; the vigilant friend who called out her over-billing pharmacy when she mysteriously hit her insurance limit.
I bet you’ve got scarier stories. I hope it’s not your own.
Or we could just take some burning logs from the fire, march down to DC, storm Congress and demand action. They are currently stalled, off Obama’s timetable for reform, trying to figure out how to pay for health care. The entitled, pork-barreling, bridge-to-nowhere Congress has suddenly become a born-again, bean-counting, bottom-lining model of fiscal responsibility.
Being in Massachusetts, home of both marriage equality and health care, I swear I don’t feel that thrumming bass note of health care worry here in the Commonhealth. We have all read the deleterious effects of stress. The cost of not worrying about what will become of you when you get sick is never factored into health care costs, and it’s priceless.
I am not a doctor; I don’t even play one on TV, but I’ve got an idea to finance health care. My plan is full of empathy, if you will pardon the expression. It does not involve taxing the poor victimized rich. They have suffered enough. It does not involve making people bid fond, tearful farewells to their family doctor of eighty years. Who are those people? It does not involve doing your own plastic surgery. A woman did and you can see the terrible results on Youtube.
Forty years ago one very popular head-shop t-shirt read, “War is not healthy for children and other living things.” It was supposedly drawn by some adorable child of a hippie. It was a bit cloying. But I thought of that shirt the other day as I listened to more squawking balking about the near one trillion dollar cost of health care reform. This from those who never thought twice or accurately about the three trillion dollar cost of the Iraq War.
We are now in two wars. My health care RX? First, quit giving the warlords free Viagra. Get the water running in Afghanistan and Iraq. Dump Paxil and estrogen into the water system and leave. The money we save will finance an amazing US health care system. It will be the envy of Canada.

Let's First clean-up the debate surrounding healthcare reform, the issues of cost and who will pay? isn't the real issue, this is just the Parasitic Insurance industries, "Fog of War" tactic. Its being presented as the "main Problem", and use by the insurance lobbyist jackals, as a delay to hide the true goal, which is, to pass Law that forces premium payments to the insurance industry from all of us.
This is the Master Game Book, as written during the 800 Billion dollar to Insurance and Big Phama-Drug. For the passage of Medicare-Drug-Benefit Plan. Which has Forced inflated Part-B payments from Grandma.
The laws that were written, to preclude the Government or Medicare from buying generics or cheaper Medicines, and assured that grandma must be, "Financial Indentured Slavery" to Forced-By-Law-Payment to parasitic Insurance and Drug industry.
We are all aware, that, "Too Big to Fail" Predatory Insurance (AIG), Mega Banks, and CEO's can force our government to give them 3 Trillion (and counting) in Tax Payer money, well then, a 1 Trillion dollars more, robbery from the tax payers, to the "Health" Insurance companies is a given. Easy money.
The 1.5 million+ per-day the insurance companies spend on their Jackal-Lobbyist, to confuse government and the people, is a abuse of the system, and should be illegal. This is money that should be going for healthcare industry and Patients care. The money was paid to the insurance companies from policy holders (Sick People) and is now being used against us, to pass law written by insurance industry for the insurance industry benefit.
Be aware the insurance industry doesn't give a crap! about your health. Period. The only cost savings they care about is cutting any and all payments to healthcare providers, doctors, You etc. If the parasitic insurance industry get their- "Law bill" passed, they will get Forced Payments and "double-payday" one form all of us, each month, including one from the government, which is, in effect, two paychecks from all of us. I see it as double screwed!
We must remove the Insurance industry from the table completely! and there Jackal Lobbyist. Cutting them out now, will save 10 Billion+ per-year. We can use this savings to setup, a FREE system of - Universal healthcare for all.
If the rich Ann Coulter types wish to pay and fight, the parasitic-private insurance company, for their healthcare, let them opt-out of the free Gov. Plan. But don't let them think they are going to receive a tax break from us. If they want to get screwed, by Big Insurance let them, its their "Free Market" and "freedom to choose" and their freedom to be "financially enslaved" if they choose.
But I see this as: "Slow Financial Suicide".
Let the rest of us choose, "Social healthcare for all"
its a human right. we can make it work. We already have Social Security, Medicare, Fire department, Highways, Police and Schools, We need and demand!- Free Access, and Free Healthcare. When I leave the hospital or the doctors office, I do not want to pay, and pay... It should be like, Canada or in the UK. Just go Home and recover, don't think about Money, or worry if, you can pay for food, or when to File Bankruptcy, like citizens in the USA.
However the current insurance industry is so strong, the only way to stop them now, is to take our money away from them. "A Real Tea Party", Once we Bankrupt them, and stop the government from bailing them out, maybe then, maybe, we can end parasitic-"For-Profit"-companies from leaching the financial Blood of Americans.
If Not, Passage of the Parasitic Insurance industry's Bill, will effectively be; the passage of:
(Legalized Financial Euthanasia!)
Pricing the Sick to Death!
Remember the Government is not able to control the Parasitic-Insurance-Monopoly and the Billion a month Jackal Lobbyist that are ran-sacking the House and Senate with our Premium Dollars and controlling our government and the Laws that they are to write. The only way to Kill this control from the Jackal Lobbyist and Insurance industry is to: "Starve-it-to- Death" Remove its Food = MONEY MUST STOP -
Stop paying them to abuse you!
STOP! Paying Insurance Companies.
BAN! Insurance and Lobbyist from the discussion.
PASS! HR.676 FREE UNIVERSAL HEALTHCARE FOR ALL.
BAN! UNIVERSAL FOR-PROFIT INSURANCE SYSTEM.
